Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez benefited from professional help during the pandemic.
J.Lo recently revealed that she and fiancé A-Rod saw a therapist during their time in quarantine.
“It has been actually really good. We got to work on ourselves. We did therapy,” she recently told Allure.
And the 51-year-old star believes counseling helped them during the lockdown.
“I think it was really helpful for us in our relationship,” she said.
The “Dinero” singer explained that while she struggled with the new normal, Rodriguez, 45, adjusted rather well.
“I miss being creative and running on 150. But Alex, of all people, was like, ‘I love it. I love being at home. I love doing my Zooms. I love knowing the kids are there, and you’re there all the time,’” she said.
The power couple made headlines earlier this month after rumors swirled about the nature of Rodriguez’s relationship with “Southern Charm” star Madison LeCroy.
LeCroy later confirmed to Page Six that she had never been physical with A-Rod.
Meanwhile, a source close to the former Yankee told The Post, “He doesn’t know this woman … Look, does this mean he didn’t DM her and liked a photo or two? I guess not, but he doesn’t know her — and he definitely didn’t hook up with her.”
But all seemed fine for the couple, who attended the Super Bowl together this week.
Lopez and Rodriguez got engaged in March 2019.
They’ve had to postpone their wedding twice because of the pandemic.
